- Membership of the National Organization of Trade Unions ~ will be open to all registered Labour Unions which shall be affiliated to it in a manner prescribed in the Trade Union Laws in force, provided by the provisions of this constitution.
- Ali), a union wishing to affiliate with NOTO shall pay an affiliation fee of an amount as, shall be determined by the General Council from time to time.
- The monthly subscriptions shall be in accordance with the Statutory Instrument 2011 No.,60′ (Check Off) Section 2(6) Where payments are made to a labour Union under this regulation, that labour Union shall, not later than the tenth day of the month, pay to the Centre 10% of the total amount received
- The monthly subscriptions shall be paid before the 10th day of the next month to the Treasurer General of NOTU at its headquarters, and a receipt shall be issued
- Where the Union collects monthly union dues by cash, the Union or Association shall remit 10% of the total amount collected to NOTU before the 10th day of the next month to the Treasurer General of NOTU at its headquarters, and a receipt shall be issued therefrom.
- Each affiliated union shall be obliged to declare its paid-up membership. The declared membership will determine contribution representation and voting rights
- Paid-up membership shall be the number of members for which affiliation fees are duly paid
- Every affiliated union, which has paid its affiliation fees in accordance with Article 4 (c) of this constitution, shall be entitled to representation at the Delegates' conferences
- The number of conference delegates to which affiliated unions are entitled shall be as shown in article 6(3) (L)
