The Climate Change and Just Transition service of the National Organisation of Trade Unions (NOTU) supports workers and unions to respond to the impacts of climate change while promoting fair and inclusive economic transformation. This service builds the capacity of unions to engage in climate policy dialogue, advocate for green jobs, and ensure that workers’ rights are protected during transitions to sustainable economies. 

NOTU promotes strategies that balance environmental protection with decent work, ensuring that affected workers are supported through reskilling, social protection, and inclusive decision-making processes.
