The Elimination of Child Labour in the World of Work service of the National Organisation of Trade Unions (NOTU) focuses on protecting children from exploitation and promoting their right to education, safety, and healthy development. This service supports unions in identifying, preventing, and responding to child labour through workplace monitoring, community engagement, and collaboration with government and partners. 

NOTU builds the capacity of union members to raise awareness, report violations, and advocate for stronger enforcement of labour laws and policies. It also promotes decent work for adults as a key strategy to reduce reliance on child labour. By engaging employers, communities, and policymakers, the service helps create child labour–free workplaces and advance social justice, ensuring that every child is protected and allowed to reach their full potential.
