Collective Bargaining

The Collective Bargaining service of the National Organisation of Trade Unions (NOTU) strengthens the ability of unions to negotiate fair and equitable terms of employment on behalf of workers. This service provides technical support in the preparation, negotiation, and implementation of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), ensuring they align with national labour laws and international standards.

NOTU equips union leaders and negotiators with skills in dialogue, dispute resolution, and evidence-based negotiation strategies to secure better wages, improved working conditions, and job security. It also promotes constructive engagement between employers and workers, fostering industrial harmony and reducing workplace conflicts. Through continuous guidance and capacity building, the service ensures that collective bargaining processes are inclusive, transparent, and responsive to the evolving needs of the workforce.
