Empowering Refugees and Host Communities

This program promotes social and economic inclusion by equipping refugees and host communities with knowledge of labor laws, rights, and standards. NOTU provides training, awareness campaigns, and legal literacy sessions to ensure that both groups understand their rights and responsibilities in the labor market. The program fosters peaceful coexistence by addressing potential tensions through dialogue and shared economic opportunities.

It also supports access to decent work, skills development, and entrepreneurship initiatives. By strengthening resilience and promoting fairness in employment, the program contributes to sustainable livelihoods and community stability. It ensures that vulnerable populations are not exploited and are able to participate meaningfully in economic activities.
