This program focuses on strengthening the internal systems, leadership, and operational effectiveness of trade unions affiliated with NOTU. It provides training in governance, financial management, membership mobilization, and strategic planning to ensure unions are resilient and sustainable.
The program also supports the adoption of digital tools for communication, data management, and advocacy. By enhancing leadership skills and institutional structures, unions are better equipped to represent their members and respond to emerging labor challenges. Capacity building also includes mentorship, peer learning, and resource development.
