Bro. Masaba Samuel Najimesi serves as the Deputy Chairperson of the National Organisation of Trade Unions (NOTU), supporting the Chairman General in providing strategic leadership and effective governance of the organisation. He brings extensive experience in trade union affairs and worker advocacy, contributing to policy direction, organisational oversight, and decision-making at the highest level of NOTU’s leadership. His role is essential in ensuring continuity, balance, and collective responsibility within the Executive Board.

In his capacity as Deputy Chairperson, Bro. Masaba Samuel Najimesi assists in coordinating Executive Board activities, representing the organisation when required, and strengthening engagement with affiliate unions and social partners. He is recognised for his collaborative approach, sound judgment, and commitment to democratic governance within the labour movement. Through his leadership, he continues to support NOTU’s mission of advancing decent work, social dialogue, and the protection of workers’ rights in Uganda.
