Bro. Mwamula Juma serves as the 2nd Vice Chairperson General of the National Organisation of Trade Unions (NOTU), where he plays an important role in supporting the Executive Board and contributing to the overall leadership of the organisation. He works closely with the Chairperson General and other board members to advance NOTU’s strategic objectives and ensure effective representation of workers’ interests.

In his capacity as 2nd Vice Chairperson General, Bro. Mwamula Juma supports coordination among affiliate unions, participates in organisational planning, and represents NOTU in various engagements when required. He is committed to strengthening trade union solidarity, promoting decent work, and upholding workers’ rights, contributing meaningfully to NOTU’s mission of social justice and inclusive labour representation in Uganda.
