Oyuga Brenda serves as the Assistant Programmes Officer at the National Organisation of Trade Unions (NOTU). In this role, she supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of various programs designed to promote workers’ rights, improve working conditions, and strengthen labour advocacy across Uganda. She works closely with union teams and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are effectively executed and benefit members across multiple sectors.
Brenda is committed to empowering workers through education, training, and awareness programs, ensuring that the voice of labour is heard at both national and local levels. Her work contributes to the social and economic development of Uganda’s workforce by fostering cooperation, advocating for fair policies, and supporting initiatives that enhance professional growth and workplace equity.
