Pajob Edgar serves as the Research and Policy Officer at the National Organisation of Trade Unions (NOTU), where he is responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis to inform policy development and strategic decision-making. He plays a vital role in ensuring that the union’s advocacy efforts are evidence-based, helping to shape labour policies that protect workers’ rights and promote fair employment practices across Uganda.

In his role, Pajob collaborates with stakeholders, government bodies, and labour institutions to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. He monitors national and international labour trends, produces policy briefs, and supports the development of programmes that enhance the social and economic welfare of union members.
