Sis. Kutyabwana Juliet serves as the Representative of Private Sector Unions at the National Organisation of Trade Unions (NOTU), advocating for workers employed in privately owned companies and enterprises. She plays a key role in ensuring that private sector employees have access to fair working conditions, social protections, and opportunities for professional growth.

Through her engagement with union members and employers, Sis. Kutyabwana actively promotes collective bargaining, workers’ rights awareness, and policy advocacy. Her efforts focus on fostering equitable labor practices, strengthening union representation in the private sector, and supporting the overall mission of NOTU to enhance the welfare of all workers across Uganda.
