Sis. Mwijuka Jesca serves as the Vice Chairperson General in charge of General Duties (Woman) at the National Organisation of Trade Unions (NOTU). In this role, she contributes to the leadership of the organisation by supporting the Executive Board and ensuring that gender-responsive perspectives are integrated into NOTU’s programmes and decision-making processes.

She actively participates in policy discussions, organisational planning, and engagement with affiliate unions, with a particular focus on promoting women’s participation and leadership within the trade union movement. Sis. Mwijuka Jesca is committed to advancing equality, strengthening solidarity, and advocating for decent work and social justice, reinforcing NOTU’s mission to represent and protect the rights of all workers in Uganda.
